Happy Birthday, Dr. T!
This 8″ round cake (to serve 16) was iced smooth in blue buttercream. We then added a red fondant band around the base and a tooth plaque for the birthday sentiment. All the other accents for this cake were created from fondant ahead of time including toothpaste, toothbrush, flosser and more! So fun!
