The first weekend of the new year took us to one of our favorite venues…Glass Chapel in Broken Arrow, OK. The ladies at Glass Chapel are wonderful to work with! The packages they offer allow couples to plan their weddings with ease and we love each time we get to deliver here.
Purple, silver and white is such a beautiful combination for a January wedding. This cake was a nice mixture of tradition and modern with a classic elements and a pop of a more modern color. The top tier had a classic quilted pattern with silver sugar pearls at the intersections. The middle tier had hand-piped scrolls in buttercream. And the bottom tier had rows of uniform rosettes in a shade of purple that was seen throughout the reception. This cake was set on a silver cake drum and placed on a silver plateau to complete the look. Beautiful!
