Students will decorate their own mini tiered cakes using buttercream and decorative piping techniques to create a beautiful custom design. Throughout class, students will learn cake decorating techniques including icing and smoothing, piping borders, creating decorative details, and assembling a charming miniature tiered cake. Students will have the opportunity to personalize their cake with their own color palette and finishing touches while learning skills they can use on future cake projects.
