In this seasonal royal icing class, students will decorate a collection of fall-themed cookies featuring sunflowers, pumpkins, leaves, and other harvest-inspired designs perfect for welcoming the new season. Students will learn royal icing decorating techniques including outlining, flooding, layering, and adding decorative details while creating a beautiful fall cookie set.
