In this patriotic royal icing class, students will decorate a set of 4th of July themed cookies featuring summer-inspired designs perfect for holiday parties, backyard BBQs, and Independence Day celebrations. Students will learn royal icing decorating techniques including outlining, flooding, layering, and adding decorative details while creating a fun and festive cookie set.
