In this class, you’ll learn how to properly work with chocolate—how to melt it and troubleshoot common issues like seizing, streaking, and dull finishes. Students will dip fresh strawberries and decorate them using drizzles, sugars, glitters, and metallic accents to create a variety of elegant and festive Valentine’s designs. We’ll walk through multiple looks so you leave with both technique and confidence. This class is fun, practical, and beginner-friendly—perfect for anyone who wants to elevate their chocolate game for gifting, entertaining, or just because.
