This golf cake is a classic! It was created from three tiers (6″-8″-10″) of cake to serve about fifty people. Each tier was iced in smooth, blue buttercream and then stacked to create the three tier look. Once stacked, the fondant accents were added including the rolling greens and argyle diamonds with stitching. Fore!
