Everest is pretty much the coolest name ever! This baby shower cake was aptly themed with mountains and trees to fit the baby’s name.
For this two-tiered cake, we used a combination of buttercream and fondant to create this mountain look. We started with a smooth buttercream base and added mountains in three different shades to give them depth. We then added buttercream piped trees in the foreground. The final touch was to add a name plaque for baby Everest…so cool!
