If you’re looking for a fun and easy treat to go along with your Sushi party, look no further! These sushi cake balls are simple and delicious. AND you can get the kiddos involved with creating them, too!

To start you’ll need to have rolled and dipped your cake balls like you normally would. These were chocolate cake and icing, rolled into a ball and dipped in dark chocolate. Once set, we dipped just the tops of the cake balls in white chocolate and then set them in white jimmies until the white chocolate sets. Once the white chocolate sets and in the white jimmies, you can add your gummy candy accents using white chocolate as the glue.

To transport these sushi cake balls, we placed each one in a mini cupcake liner. We then used a mini cupcake clamshell box, so they wouldn’t move around.
