Students will decorate their own mini tiered cakes using buttercream and decorative piping techniques to create a beautiful custom design. \nThroughout class\, students will learn cake decorating techniques including icing and smoothing\, piping borders\, creating decorative details\, and assembling a charming miniature tiered cake.
